Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery (Pathway to Apprenticeship)
“I studied the Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery (Pathway to Apprenticeship) course at Coleg Menai. The course involved many aspects such as going on educational trips and working on getting ready for service within the industry. I really enjoyed all of the practical elements of the course and the tutors were fantastic; they are really inspirational people. I’m currently studying the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery (Preparation and Cooking) and it’s such a good course! In the future I would like to work in a hotel or in a restaurant within the catering and hospitality industry.”
