Entry requirements:
(Level 3) 		 There are no formal entry requirements, but participants should be practising or aspiring first line managers, together with a reasonable standard of numeracy and literacy.
Qualification: -
Description: The course aims to build the confidence of practising or potential first line managers, supervisors and team leaders. And are specially designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager.
What will I study?

 

Units include:

Solving Problems, Making Decisions, Team Leading, Introduction to Leadership.

What next?  Progression to the ILM Full Certificate Level 3 and onwards to higher levels.
