Grammar Section
Recap:
By now, you know that dw i = I am and dach chi = you are/are you
So we have:

Dw i'n gweithio / I am working
Dach chi gweithio / You are working
Dach chi'n gweithio? / Are you working?/Do you work?
Ydw / Nac ydw

In the Dialogue, you heard:
Mae Phil yn gweithio. Mae Phil = Phil is.
Thus: Mae Phil yn gweithio = Phil is working.

In North Wales, the word he is the single sound o.
He is = mae o.
Thus: Mae o'n gweithio = He is working/He works

she is = mae hi.
Thus: Mae hi'n gweithio = She is working/she works.
