Mae Hugh Pritchard yn swyddfa'r Bwrdd Croeso yn Wrecsam. Mae o isio bwcio gwyliau.[Hugh Pritchard is in the Wales Tourist Board office in Wrexham. He wants to book a holiday].

Hugh:
P'nawn da, oes, dw i isio bwcio wythnos o wyliau yn Ynys Môn ym mis Awst. Carafan dw i isio.

Mrs Williams:
Iawn, te. Pryd ym mis Awst dach chi isio mynd? Yr wythnos gyntaf, neu yr ail ?

Hugh:
Yr ail, dw i'n meddwl.

Mrs Williams:
Reit, ychydig o fanylion i ddechrau.
(A few details to start with)
Oes gynnoch chi deulu?

Hugh:
Oes. Mae gen i wraig a dau o blant.

Mrs Williams:
Iawn, gwraig a dau o blant. 'Sgynnoch chi gar?

Hugh:
Oes, mae gen i ddau gar. Mini a Ford Mondeo.

Mrs Williams:
Reit, ah, dyma ni - mae'na safle carafannau gwych yn Rhosneigr.
(safle carafannau gwych = excellent caravan site)

Hugh:
Oes?

Mrs Williams:
Oes. 'Sgynnoch chi brochure ?

Hugh:
Nac oes - 'sgen i ddim gwybodaeth o gwbl.

Mrs Williams:
Dyma un i chi.

Hugh:
Diolch.

Mrs Williams:
Gyda llaw, be' ydy'ch rhif ffôn?

Hugh:
Dim un naw saith wyth - dyna'r côd, (that's the code)
a'r rhif ydy tri pedwar dau, chwech pump dim.
